Founder - CEO
Janaki M is a budding entrepreneur with over two decades of experience spanning across diverse industries. She is the co-founder of Medha Systems that offers a wide range of solutions and services to make life easier for businesses.
“I want to partner with businesses to help them succeed. Let them focus on their blue chips, we will handle the rest for them. We will work with them to create the solutions they need,” she says.
Janaki quit a senior position in a reputed IT organization to answer the call of entrepreneurship. She wanted to use her deep expertise and experience in Operations, IT Support, and Customer Service to create a robust support eco-system for businesses.
Her stint in Customer Service has taught her to put Customer success and delight at the heart of everything she does. Her role in Operations ensures that resource optimization, cost effectiveness, high quality and timely delivery are integral to all their offerings. Her experience in managing people has taught her the value of talent development and nurturing people. Her focus on delivery has taught her to temper courage and creativity with common sense and commitment.
